Raceplace Event Systems, Inc. is an event timing and production company specializing in the staging of athletic events and computerized data processing/scoring for such events. Including running, walking, triathlons, and cycling. Raceplace has produced or been involved with over 1100 events over the past 25+ years.

25 Years and over 1,100 Events
Each year, Raceplace is involved with the staging or timing of events within Arizona and throughout the United States. Raceplace has provided data processing services for corporate events with 50 participants all the way up to Pats Run, with over 31,000 participants. Founded in 1979, Raceplace has been owned and operated since 2008 by Chris and Casey Giles. With the use of it's ChronoTrack timing technology and constant striving to take advantage of new technology, Raceplace has become the largest timing company in the Southwest. We continue to add features for our clients to use, such as Live scrolling results on up to 12 televisions, video results, showing each participant as they cross the finish line. Live Online results, Text messaging and Facebook updates from the course.

Raceplace Events has been instrumental in helping Pat’s Run grow exponentially over the past 10 years to over 30,000 participants. Chris Giles and his team are experienced at managing all aspects of a race event, and we rely on them for expertise in critical areas such as timing, registration data management, safety and security, aid stations, volunteer training, street closures, venue space planning, cost-effective procurement of structures and materials, and more. Not only do we enjoy dedicated, personal service during the months of preparing for our event, but Raceplace Events also utilizes the latest technology and equipment to deliver a great race experience for all our participants on race day. We consider them an invaluable partner in the success of Pat’s Run, our signature fundraiser for the Tillman Military Scholars program.
